We take care of our territory

Liqueurs

Creamy, dense, transparent, coloured by the sun. The fruit, the seeds,
the berries are all harvested by hand, with respect for nature and the
environment.
We follow the seasons of nature, harvesting when it is time and if it is
possible.
We produce alcoholic extracts without adding colourants, additives or
stabilizers.
Choose the alcoholic extract that you prefer: each one has its own
fragrance but all of them tell the story of our land, Sardinia.
3 different kinds of extracts: myrtle based, citrus fruit based,
specialties.

Jams, Marmalades, Compote and Honey

All the fruit comes from local Sarrabus farms none of which use
pesticides or herbicides. Jams and marmalades are prepared at low
temperatures. In this way the taste and fragrance of the fresh fruit are
not lost. The percentage of fruit is very high, 5 times higher than the
minimum quantity required by law.
Compotes and honey also are part of this category. Put all the flavour
and the authenticity of Sardinia on your table.

Juices

Only lemon and quince apples grown in Sardinia in a sustainable way
are used. As with all our products, we treat the fruit the least possible
so as to preserve the flavour and fragrance of our land.
Our juice is a real jinni in a bottle. Let it free and discover what it can
do for you, at breakfast and during the day.
Open the bottle and feel Sardinia.

Salt

The salt we use comes from the salt works in sunny Cagliari. The
herbs and fragrances are only those from our part of Sardinia. The
result is a multisensory experience made of colours, smells and
flavours, sometimes unexpected. Enrich your dishes of meat, fish and
vegetables with the salt of the Sardinian earth. Add flavour. Ours is
not only salt.
